This is one of my most favorite salads. Extremely healthy, super tasty, mega easy! It takes 5 minutes to "cook" it.
Root-beet you can get already cooked and peeled, but of course if you bake it on salt it would be much-much better! It is worth it!
Then take some cheese - i prefer organic one with herbs - mash it, mix with cut root-beet, add some olive oil. If you like add some nuts. I don't add anything. No salt or any spices needed. It's delicious!
