Nice, easy to make and elegant dessert. My idea ;)
200 g good chocolate
200 g creme fraiche
some pistachios
Warm up creme fraiche, break chocolate into pieces and add there. I took a very nice Lindt with orange. Mix it within 5-10 minutes. Put into forms and in a frige for at least 4 hours. Serve with pistachios and mint.
